The sun sank low toward the horizon as the blue waters of Lake Berryessa appeared before me. I found a free place to camp along the shorelines and settled in to watch the sky change to night. Soon the splash of fish was replaced by the yip and howl of nearby coyotes. I slept out on the picnic table under a canopy of stars and bright glow of the moon. I am torn between heading to the coast or back inland to the grasslands and agrarian San Juaquin Valley. Decisions Decisions...
