I woke up with a bad hangover. I only had two drinks but on an empty stomach it hits lil me like a ton of bricks. I slept in intol 4:15am then fought the sickness, packed up the scoot and headed out into the darkness. Riding on the bridges at night left no room for error. The glowig lines and markers passed by. 35mi to the nearest greasy McDonalds for a biscuit and fat to soak up this alcohol. Each burp made my helmet smell like berry rum mixed with the decaying smell of sea matter. The stuff dreams are made of.
I decided I could use some more space inthe bag so I pulled over at a palm lined fishing pier to install my aux LED lights. Nothing like some electrician work first thing in the AM. What a view!
The agricultural lands east of the Everglades were dense with plantations of many tropical fruit. Guava, mango, limes, coconut, lychee and pitayo ( dragon fruit) were just a few to note.
