I like to call this adventure sewing. Thunderstorm overhead, lightning strikes nearby, sirens and a sewing needle and waterproof patch :)
Slept great in my hammock to the sound of Boulder Creek. I woke up around 630, made oatmeal and coffee then hiked from the house to the 1st and 2nd Flat Irons. What a view! This hike is quite steep and full of switchbacks. Great way to start the day! Rented hard tails from University Cycles and went for a few miles on the front range. Had a blast. Matt met a boulder and it won. |
Mike SaundersIn May 2014 I quit my job to ride a Honda Ruckus over 69'000 mi and counting. Wild camping most nights and cooking most of my own meals, I keep the costs low and the landscape changing. Archives
